Holding Back

Well, I would use some pictures to show you the progress we have made on our move - but we have turned off our internet, so I am currently borrowing a computer and thought to share a few things. Charlie....my Charlie, has been a bit unsettled with all the moving. She won't even come into the living room now that there isn't any furniture in it. She has been hiding under our bed (her safe place) for the last three days. We are a bit worried how she is going to do when we disassemble her refuge tomorrow morning. Hopefully we will be able to drop her off at a friend's house so she doesn't have to witness its demise. Anyhow, things have been busy and we have been running around tying up loose ends, but when I think of Charlie I start getting choked up and I find myself holding back tears. Charlie is an amazing dog - an absolute sweetheart and we couldn't be more blessed to have her in our lives. We are going to miss her tremendously while we are gone. I just wish there was some way to explain to her that we will come back to pick her up.
