The Perfect San Diego Day
Today has been pretty busy; packing, moving our stuff into storage, hanging out with Charlie. :)
Jason and I had a lot to do today and as we drove down the freeway with Mission Bay on the right, I noticed it was the perfect San Diego day. The sun was a perfect temperature of warmth and the ocean breeze was cool, strong, and clean. It was one of those days where you could lay on the beach all day in a sweatshirt as the onshore breeze smoothly but constantly brushes over your face. It is the most peaceful and refreshing feeling - I remember days like this in college when I would take a chair, a blanket, and a few hours worth of studying to the beach. People know of San Diego as having wonderful weather all year long, but days like today don't come around too often. As we were driving with the window down and the breeze in my face, I knew I was going to miss this place while we're gone.
